Polyglycerin fatty acid ester consisting of glycerin and condensed ricinoleic acid derived from vegetable oil. It is a lipophilic, nonionic surfactant with excellent salt and acid resistance and high safety. It is used as a emulsifier for W/O emulsion. It has excellent dispersibility of inorganic powders and pigments in oil. This product complies with the Japan's Specifications and Standards for Food Additives "Glycerin Fatty Acid Ester."
