Polyglycerin fatty acid ester consisting of glycerin and oleic acid derived from vegetable oil. It is a hydrophilic, nonionic surfactant with excellent salt and acid resistance and high safety. This product complies with the Japan's Specifications and Standards for Food Additives "Glycerin Fatty Acid Ester."
