Diester of adipic acid, a dibasic acid, and isopropanol. It is a light feeling oil with excellent skin penetration. It has high polarity and is effective in dissolving drugs.

Oil obtained from the seeds of sweet almonds, a variety of almonds. It is a triglyceride mainly containing of oleic acid. It is a vegetable oil that can be used for general topical applications.
