Sodium Cetyl Sulfate
  • Emulsifier
    Sodium Alkylsulfate

Anionic surfactant with a hydrophilic group of sodium sulfate, and is a high-purity product in which by-products are removed by purification such as recrystallization. It has excellent foaming ability and detargency at high temperatures. It is also used as an emulsifier, and when used as a hydrophilic surfactant in combination, more stable emulsions can be prepared.

Oily Ingredient

NIKKOL DID

Diester of adipic acid, a dibasic acid, and isopropanol. It is a light feeling oil with excellent skin penetration. It has high polarity and is effective in dissolving drugs.

Surfactant

NIKKOL PBC-34

Hydrophilic, block-type nonionic surfactant manufactured by addition polymerization of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to cetanol. It is widely used as a solubilizer. It has excellent salt and temperature resistance.

Oily Ingredient

NIKKOL Triester F-810

Triglyceride of glycerin and capric/capric acid. It is a light feeling oil with excellent oxidation and hydrolysis stability. It has high polarity and is effective in dissolving drugs. Compared to edible fats and oils, it is less oily and has better digestion and absorption in the body.

Surfactant

NIKKOL WAX-230

Nonionic self-emulsifying wax consisting of polyoxyethylene (20) arachidyl ether and stearyl alcohol. By mixing 5-10%, emulsions with lamellar liquid crystal structure similar to intercellular lipids in skin can be prepared. The water retained in the liquid crystal structure enhances water retention capacity of the skin.
