- Pearlized Agent
Diester of stearic acid and ethylene glycol. It is used as a pearlized agent for various cleaning formulation such as shampoo and facial wash foam. It gives a relatively large crystalline pearl sheen. It is relatively stable even when formulated in low-viscosity formulations. It has a melting point of 57-64 degrees Celsius.
